YFZN35-40.5D/T 1250-20 indoor A.C high-voltage Vacuum Load Switch and YFZRN35-40.5D/T63-31.5 indoor A.C high-voltage switch-fuse fuse combiner (hereinafter referred to as "YFZN35-40.5 series vacuum load switch") are self-researched and manufactured by the company according to standards of GB3804-2004 and GB16926-1997, designed especially for 35kv box substation. It can also be use in power system as an independent electric unit. This product is featured by small size, easy installation, simple operation with scientific and national structure, flexible and reliable and obvious isolated fracture. The load switch can be free from maintenance, combined electrical apparatus can be matched with series striker pin fuse and it is safer and convenient to replace fuse.
YFZN35-40.5 series vacuum load switch is used in the network with A.C50Hz,rated voltage 40.5kv, for breaking load current, overload current and short circuit current. Operation mode is divided into manual and electric functions, especially applied to the places required for oil and maintenance free and frequent operation.
Note: Insulator of switch can be matched with live display sensor.

6. Structure and Principle
a. Basic structure
1. YFZN35-40.5 series vacuum load switch is mainly composed of frame, vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, Isolation Switch, fuse,grounding knife, tipping transmission unit and spring operation mechanism. Isolation knife, vacuum arc extinguishing chamber are fixed on frame with isolator, fuse is installed on the back of isolation knife. The main shaft of grounding knife is installed on the bottom of frame directly. Spring operation mechanism is installed on the side plate of frame. Operation mode is side operation. Operation mechanism drives main shaft of switch, main shaft rotates and drives vacuum arc extinguishing chamber or isolation knife to act with crutch through Insulation operation bar, realizing the switch knife opening and closing operation. Grounding knife are connected to isolation knife with transmission link. When operating, two units interact with reliable mechanical interlock.
b. Work principle
1. Operation of vacuum arc extinguishing chamber
The spring operation mechanism allocated in YFZN35-40.5series vacuum load switch can adopt electric operation (see Fig.3 for control circuit wiring diagram). When switching on, the motor gear box drives switching-on spring, finishing energy storage and release directly. When switching-off operation, send switching-off impulse signal to electromagnet directly, switching-off electromagnet acts, impacting switching-off principal quantum, switching-off spring releases and vacuum arc extinguishing chamber finish switching off; it also can operate spring operation mechanism on operation panel manually: turn 180 degrees in the switching-on direction in load switch handle hole with operation handle, the manual switching on operation for vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is finished. Press switching-off button on operating panel, switch off vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. Whether in switching-off position or in switching-on position, the related "off" or "on" indication will display in the state indication hole of vacuum arc extinguishing room.
2. Switching on and off operation for isolation knife and grounding knife
The reliable mechanical interlocks are fixed between vacuum arc extinguishing chamber of YFZN35-40.5series vacuum load switch and isolation knife as well as grounding knife, only when vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is in switching-off state, can it operate isolation knife and grounding knife. Isolation knife interacts with grounding knife. When isolation knife switches off, insert operation handle into operation hole of isolation knife and turn 90 degrees in the switching-off direction, the isolation knife switches off. Go on operating handle and turns 60 degrees in the switching-off direction, grounding knife storages energy and finish switching on. At this time, state indication hole of isolation knife displays "off"; when operating isolation knife to switch on, it shall guarantee vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is in the switch-off state, turn operating handle at 60 degrees in the switching-off direction in the operation hole of isolation knife, and grounding knife switches off. Go on turning the handle at 90 degrees in the switching-off direction and isolation knife switches off. At this time, it displays "on" in the isolation knife state indication hole.
3. Fuse impacts tripping and switch off
Fuse tripping unit of FZN35-40.5 series vacuum load switch is three-stage interaction, the matched fuse shall be striker pin fuse. Tripping unit is flexible and reliable, when tripping impact power comes to medium sized 1-3J (Joule), it can switch off vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. The combined electrical apparatus in the switching-on position, when short-circuit current or overload current passes the main circuit, the fusant of any one of the three-phase fuse burns out, impacter acts, impacting the mechanical locking device of combined electrical appliance and realizing three phases of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber to switch off reliably and swiftly under the action of tripping spring.
