YFGN-40.5 series isolation switch is used in the network with A.C50Hz,rated voltage 40.5kv are self-researched and manufactured by the company according to standards of GB3804-2004 and GB16926-1997, designed especially for 35kv box substation. It can also be use in power system as an independent electric unit. This product is featured by small size, easy installation, simple operation with Scientific and National Structure, flexible and reliable and obvious isolated fracture.

1. Altitude is not more than 1000m

3. Relative humidity: daily average value is not more than 95%;
4. Ambient air shall not clearly polluted by air dust, corrosive or flammable gas, vapor, or salt spray, etc
5. In the secondary system, inductive electromagnetic amplitude value shall not be more than 1.6kv


4. Structure and Principle
1. Basic structure mainly composed of frame, Isolation Switch. Isolation knife, vacuum arc extinguishing chamber are fixed on frame with isolator. Operation mode is side operation. Operation mechanism drives main shaft of switch, main shaft rotates and drives vacuum arc extinguishing chamber or isolation knife to act with crutch through Insulation operation bar, realizing the switch knife opening and closing operation.
